If necessary, we will offer live video viewings so you can explore the property as if you were there in person. Once you’ve selected your favourites, we’ll negotiate on your behalf with the sellers or agents to ensure a smooth process, including setting up convenient viewing schedules.
We will also provide you with all the essential information on local regulations and procedures for buying property, saving you time, effort, and money. Using our local expertise, we frequently secure price reductions of around 5% off the initial asking price—often more than offsetting our fee and delivering exceptional value.

Our fee structure is straightforward and transparent:

✔ Once you sign the purchase contract, we charge a 1% fee based on the purchase price.
